The Hybrid, or more precisely, the Performance Hybrid whip, is a combination of a stockwhip and a bull or cow whip. The whip body is thinner and lighter, and in my version, it consists of a semi-braided core made of several strands that are tapered at different intervals to achieve a beautiful, even tapering. This is followed by a binding and a 12-strand overlay. Connected to the long, lightweight handle made of carbon or aluminum, this type of whip is a true all-rounder. The thong is attached to the cap of the handle and is slightly movable, but not too loose. For the Hybrid, only the braided part of the thong is measured. The handle, fall, and cracker are additional.
